Terms of Registration
The training cost is inclusive of refreshments and a light lunch.
Acknowledgement of registration
A confirmation email will be sent following receipt of the completed registration form and receipt of payment.
There is parking at the training venues for all attendees.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The communication must indicate the name and the registration ID of the cancelled delegate.
Full or partial refund of the registration fees will be granted less administrative fees if the notification of cancellation is reached by the following deadlines:
– a full refund less administrative fees will be given for cancellation received on or before 26th May 2017
– No refund will be given for cancellations received on or after 27th May 2017
– No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees
– Refunds or credits will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
It is flu season in Gauteng and it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of The Collaborative Network & Family Assist Network to change the speakers and/or content and/or timings of the programme.
